osicion

Things that are built to work.

osicion is where I publish what I build outside my day job: small, focused tools that do one thing properly. No clutter, no ads, no tracking. The first one is on the App Store.

Process chains, data, and software · Würzburg, Germany

I build software, and more often I work out what should be built. What holds my attention is the whole chain: where data is created, everything it passes through, and the moment it turns into something a person can actually act on. Individual systems are rarely the hard part — the seams between them are.

That happens in retail, at EDEKA IT. Over the years it has meant master data supply, receipt data, automated replenishment, and getting product information all the way to the shelf — on an electronic label or printed on paper. I started in 2016 as an IT apprentice, led a team, moved into consulting in 2025 and became a senior consultant in 2026. I read code and I know what is realistic to ask for; my part is to see the chain end to end and hand developers something unambiguous.

On my own time I build the whole thing myself, which is where osicion comes from. The tools here exist because I wanted them to exist — built small, kept free of clutter, and paid for by the people who use them rather than by advertising.
